Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, located within walking distance of waterfront attractions. The new air conditioner was a plus, although we had issues with one thermostat. The mattress was not the best.
The hotel rooms, while fairly typical, were clean and suited my needs. The atmosphere was relaxing, especially with the air conditioning during a heatwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing restaurant and destination suggestions. The location was great, close to everything I wanted to do in Halifax. However, the dining experience was poor, with disappointing dishes and no breakfast options. The hotel facilities were basic with an off-parking setup that was not explained in the high price.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and well-supplied, although the furniture was a bit outdated. They were very clean and had everything we needed, from an iron and board to a security safe and a coffee maker, along with complimentary bottled water and reliable wifi connectivity.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with dirty surfaces, lots of dust, and stained soft goods. Despite this, the room was comfortable, well-equipped, but a bit too hot for my liking. The service was impressive as the staff were apologetic and made efforts to meet our needs. The location was incredible, being right in downtown Halifax, close to major attractions and excellent dining spots. However, the dining experience was subpar in a pub-like setting with a limited menu. Overall, a decent value for money with some areas needing improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room had a nice view of the boardwalk and water, although it was not vacuumed properly. The constant noise of doors slamming and the elevators was a bit bothersome, but overall, it was adequate for our needs. The service was top-notch with very accommodating and friendly staff. The location was great, allowing easy access to the harbor, restaurants, and other attractions. The dining experience was simple and satisfactory, but no breakfast was included in the high price paid.
The hotel had amazing rooms, but noise from a nearby nightclub was disruptive. The service was very accommodating, but the lack of a restaurant for breakfast was inconvenient. The location was fantastic for exploring Halifax, but noise from the waterfront boardwalk was a drawback. The dining experience was overpriced with limited options.
